• Financial data: Asset names, values, cost basis, account labels, transaction records — entered manually by you
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps — collected via analytics
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system — collected automatically

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the UnityNexus platform
• Send account-related notifications and alerts
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Improve platform features and user experience
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure (data stored in AWS Singapore region)
• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Advisors you invite: Only the specific portfolio views you explicitly grant access to

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption at rest
• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
• Row-level security on all database tables
• Optional multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account
• Regular security audits

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal and financial data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained for up to 2 years.

7. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent for data collection (may affect Service availability)
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
