Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UnityNexus ("the Service"), operated by UnityNexus Pte. Ltd. (UEN: to be registered), a company incorporated in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UnityNexus is a personal wealth management platform that allows users to track assets, liabilities, portfolio performance, and financial data in one unified view. The Service is intended for personal use by individuals managing their own finances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@unitynexus.app of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Not Financial Advice

UnityNexus provides tools for tracking and organising your personal financial data. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions. UnityNexus is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service

7. Subscription and Payments

The Demo plan is available at no cost, forever. The Core plan (S$9/month or S$90/year) is billed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). AI features are available via a separate pay-as-you-go credits system — credits never expire and are not refundable once used. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your financial data seriously and implement industry-standard encryption and access controls.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, UnityNexus Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
